Blender or juicer serve, at its base, for the same: convert solid foods into liquids. For its part, the design of a juicer is based on the pressure extraction of the liquid that is inside the food.
There are different types of juicers, from the most common that we all know, which acts mainly by pressure on citrus fruits, to centrifuges, which act as graters of fruits and vegetables. Then we have the most powerful, known as chewers that compress the product to the maximum and practically leave it dry.
You could say that a blender is a more multipurpose tool for all the multiple options and configurations it offers to achieve different levels of mixtures.
The function of a juicer is more direct and the sole and final objective is to separate the liquid from the food to be treated, leaving aside elements such as fiber.
If what you want is a juice, plain and simple, don’t eat your head anymore. Your device is the juicer.
If your intention is to get something more than to extract the liquid, a blender would help you mix it with the fiber, the membrane and the skin, with all that these parts of a product contain. Even if you’re looking to crush or grind dry food or even ice.
